Welcome: Songwriters and Publishers. Demo Submissions for the 21st Century
Songwriters, why submit your songs the old fashion way? Those who have been in the songwriting business know what I'm talking about: First you record your demo. Then you burn a CD or make a cassette with 3 to 5 songs. You print labels for the CD/cassette. Then you print lyric sheets for each song and compose and print a cover letter. If you are out of manila envelopes, you then run to the store to buy envelopes for mailing. Once you have the necessary mailing envelopes, you then print professional looking address labels for the envelope so that your demo will hopefully stand out. Then it is time to package your CD/cassette, lyric sheets, cover letter, and don't forget the self-address stamped response card and/or envelope to have your material returned. After all that is done and the envelope is taped shut, then you check to make sure you have gas in the car to run to the post office and hope that the postage hasn't gone up again this week. Then the fun begins--you wait 6 to 8 weeks or longer to get a response back from the publisher, all the while wondering if your songs were ever received or listened to.
Why put yourself through all this when, at SendUsSongs.com, you will enjoy the following advantages:
- Submit demos with the click of a mouse
- No more trips to the post office and never pay postage to submit a demo again
- Publishers will receive your demo instantaneously
- You'll have powerful management & monitoring tools
- You will see in real-time what action has been taken with your song
- Manage your account anytime anywhere you have an internet connection
- All this at a fraction of the cost of the old fashioned method!
